Game/Chat Moderator - usually elected by the GMs among active and meritorious players.
Supervises and controls the observance of rules by the players on in-game chat, and helps the players.

It is also possible to create combinations of ranks, which are separate in the game and on the forum, chat moderator for example, can be also a forum moderator (then in both places he have light green nick color).
Forum Moderators, GMs, and Administrators usually use their color, when adding, or editing messages to other users posts.
That is why users shouldn't use these colors, and any similar ones in posts.
