Użytkownik zamieszczając materiały na stronie wiki oświadcza, że ma do nich prawa autorskie, lub zgodę ich właściciela i zgadza się na przechowywanie danych materiałów na stronie wiki, oraz rozpowszechniania ich przez innych użytkowników i administracje w celach związanych z grą The Pride of Taern. Użytkownik ponosi odpowiedzialność za zamieszczane przez siebie informacje. Dodając nowe informacje użytkownik ma obowiązek upewnić się, czy są one aktualne i zgodne z prawdą. Na stronie wiki obowiązuje język polski z zachowaniem jego poprawnej i klarownej formy. Tworząc, lub edytując już istniejące tematy użytkownik zobowiązany jest robić to w sposób czytelny, zrozumiały, oraz zgodny ze standardami przyjętymi przez administracje.
