Your installation seems to include the following skins. See Manual: Skin configuration for information how to enable them and choose the default.

monobook / MonoBook (disabled)
timeless / Timeless (disabled)
vector / Vector (disabled)

If you have just installed MediaWiki

You probably installed from git, or directly from the source code using some other method. This is expected. Try installing some skins from mediawiki.org's skin directory, by:

Downloading the tarball installer, which comes with several skins and extensions. You can copy and paste the skins/ directory from it.
Downloading individual skin tarballs from mediawiki.org.
Using Git to download skins.

Doing this should not interfere with your git repository if you're a MediaWiki developer.

If you have just upgraded MediaWiki: MediaWiki 1.24 and newer no longer automatically enables installed skins (see Manual: Skin autodiscovery). You can paste the following lines into LocalSettings.php to enable all installed skins:

wfLoadSkin( 'MonoBook' );
wfLoadSkin( 'Timeless' );
wfLoadSkin( 'Vector' );

If you have just modified LocalSettings.php: Double-check the skin names for typos.

Added in availability for Valentine's Day event, a two-stage event involving gathering resources and socializing with other players.
- added new items such as Valentine's Day Bouquet, Box of Chocolate, and Wine of Love

Added portals for easier access to Trifkin's Island in case of an invasion event under Kemenac and at Bough in Khold's Forest. These portals only appear during an active event. When leaving the island players will return through the portal under the Lighthouse.

Minor edits to Aquapets and Hoghrat
- Aquaton
  - Can now 'steal health' using meelee attacks
  - Standard level for all attacks (nonrandom)
  - Increased accuracy with magical attacks
  - Percent when buffing is unified

- Aquaera
  - Less chance to stun mobs of higher level than itself
  - Prevents Aquaera from leaving higher level mob stunned every round

- Fix for missing quest descriptions or problematic wording

Fixed disappearance of group if Selena is killed before mobs and party has fled or died

Increased weight of ball and chain to account for upgraded premiums.
