A Flying NPC is an NPC who respawns in random locations across one or multiple maps. Most of them respawn on a timer (a few minutes,to a half hour, or even hours) and have select locations they can be found. Flying NPC's often have items for sale, trades, tasks, or are just necessary for obtaining certain resources.
