The Pride of Taern

Taern is a MMORPG game made in flash technology, but unlike other "via www" games it is much more expansive. Many things such as creatures, locations, bosses, quests, items etc are continuously being added. The plot is set in a medieval fantasy world, where your character is a fugitive from his war-torn country. Your goal is to evolve by gaining new powers, equipment, and friends, so that you may one day regain your homeland.

It's easy because you can play by any browser, without any need of instaling anything. Just go to The Pride of Taern and register through appropriate supplementation of the required fields, to create an account. When you finish that the next step is to create a character (you can create as many characters, as you want to). After chosing a serwer, appearance, classes and statistics we are moved to prologue location. The creators made ​​sure that from the beginning we have plenty of tasks to do. Elements of the game

Firsts steps		Classes, theirs skills and stats
Starting our adventure with The Pride of Taern we should keep in mind, that the game is quite demanding. To make it easyer many tips, and useful informations we put into fallowing topics: Basic infos, Tip of a day, FAQ, Exp table.		Creating a new character we have to choose one of the seven classes: Barbarian, Knight, Sheed, Healer, Fire Mage, Archer, Voodoo. Every one of them have 9 unique skills. Before we made a choice it's good to check it's skills, pros, and cons, because we won't be able to change our class after that (unless we create it from the beginning).

Maps		Modyfication of the equipment
Hike through the world of Taernu means, that we would have to explore many lands. What makes it easyer is the fact, that entering new locations is not limited by our level, but only by the strenght of creatures that will attack us. Main locations are Haligard's Shore, Island, Southern Alaril, Kholds' Forest, Kholds' Town, Orcs' Forest, Dmorther Massif.		In equipment all kinds of changes can be made. They usually requires all sorts of component, that we have to buy, or extract. Modifications avaible at the moment are: Upgrading, Changing color and appearance, Melting Rares, Charging. If we posess all necsesary components we have to go to Voberg in Trentis, Zohar in Alaril, or Borghilde in Kholds' Town, to modify equipment with their help.

NPCs		Quests
NPC - (non-player character) You can find them almost everywere, many of them gives us Quests, Tasks and produce Upgradation flasks and Inhibitors		60 We can get them from NPCs. Usually there is a great award for finishing them. Quests could be long, and sometimes we need friend's help to finish them. We can do them only once on each character, and it's important, to pay attention, because we may fail same of them.

Tasks		Pets
Tasks - Short and small, we can get them from NPCs. Good form of getting some exp, gold and sometimes raw materials. We can make this same task over and over, but their are some time limits. First is time left to finish task, then is time that we need to wait, to get anatherone.		Pets - All kinds of animals fighting on our side. We can't controle them, but they are still quite helpful, especially, when it turns out that our opponent is stronger, then we thought. We can buy them from one of the trainers (we can retrive them from where we have bought them in case of death).

Mobs		Legendary items
Monsters (Mob) - general term for all kinds of enemies, that we will have to face in Taern. Except for ordinary mobss we have also bosses, and champions.		Legendary items - hard to get items, giving huge power to those, who posses them. They are divided into Rare items, Epic items and Sets. They are dropped by bosses and champions.

Raw materials		Guilds
We need them to expand our guild, or produce Upgradation flasks. There are many ways to get them gathering, exchange, making tasks, droping from mobs, and also purching from NPCs.		Even the strongest worriors don't have chance against many peasants, that's why it's important not to walk alone through world, but together with the companions face adversitys. Evrybody knows, that it's safer in party.
